Project Management

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Louisa is confident working alongside builders and tradesmen on building sites of all shapes and sizes. She has a keen understanding of architecture, construction, and everything in between—whether it’s plumbing, electrical, M&E, decorations, or joinery. Louisa reads architectural CAD drawings with ease and has a clear grasp of how things should be constructed to the correct standards and quality. She understands the mechanics of a building site, the sequence of trades, and has a sharp sense of what things should cost and how long they should take.

Solution-focused and results-driven, Louisa brings a ‘can do’ attitude and is often called in as a troubleshooter to help teams reach completion. She’s been brought into projects at every stage—from concept through to final fit-out—and thrives on bringing clarity and momentum.

Fair, honest, and pragmatic, Louisa focuses on finding solutions, reaching agreements, and keeping projects moving forward. Both her clients and the contractors she works alongside describe her as a breath of fresh air, thanks to her positive, no-nonsense approach.
